Update on Avery
Avery had her soft palate repair on November 21st. The surgery went well, but a few days after, her prosthetic hard palate fell out. One of the nails was still in place, but the other was poking her as the prosthesis became loose on one side. In fear of the nails ripping the newly repaired soft palate or ripping the stitches, they pulled it out immediately. We will have to get a new one made and another short surgery to get it put back in once her soft palate has healed. Please pray for her healing.
