UPDATE ON ALLIE
Right after Allie's bone graft surgery in 2018(Her lip was burned during surgery). We had found these books written by Mia and Missy. We had no clue about Mia Moo then and definitely never imagined what an impact it would have on our lives. We just thought it was cool that the book was Allie's Bayou Rescue and had been written by someone else with cleft. The other picture is Allie now. She's doing great in her braces.They added a new pieces last time so she had a few days where she wasn't too happy, but they've already made such a huge difference. ----Allie's mom
