Meet Toby
He is from Oklahoma and a new recipient of the Mia Moo Fund. Toby's mom states, "Toby brings so much joy to so many people around him, and as his mom, I want the best of everything for him! The pictures I have included are of him as a baby before his lip and palate and a more current picture. I am so amazed at how strong and resilient my son is, and I am blessed to be his mom! "
