Jaden is from Texas and was born with bilateral cleft lip and palate. Jaden was adopted from China. She has had several surgeries and will have several more as she grows and needs revisions. She faces each surgery with strength and courage. Jaden has traveled with to China to serve in orphanages and has a heart for children with medical needs. She is sweet, kind, funny, smart and wants to be a doctor someday so she can help others who may need medical care. She wants to go on mission trips and help other children.
