Jacob is from Texas and was born with Van De Woude Syndrome, including cleft lip and palate. He is a very sweet kid. He loves to go to school and learn new subjects. He is in second grade and this is the first year that he has received letter grades and as of right now he is a straight A student. His favorite subjects are math and science. He is growing into a social butterfly and is enjoying playing baseball. He also loves animals, especially his cat Rosey. Please pray for Jacob and his family.
