Carter was born with a complete bilateral cleft lip and palate and has undergone three surgeries so far. He has faced every challenge with bravery and a positive spirit. Now 8 years old, he is a smart, funny boy who loves the outdoors, especially fishing, catching frogs, and riding bikes with his brothers.
