Springing into March!
March Reflection
Hey guys! Mia here! This month was unfortunatly spent doing so much schoolwork! But that is totally fine with me because now I get to do it outside with the sun shining and warm weather! I don't know about you guys, but I am so over winter and always look forward to spring and summer!
This month I also had Spring Break and got to spend it at home in Louisiana with my family, and it was so sweet. I spent everyday I could with my grandparents, and I am cherishing every moment I can with them.
Now I am back at school in my steady routine of assignments, game nights, and playing music with friends!
I hope this month was as good to you as it has been for me!
Love you all!!
XOXO,
Mia :)

“Silas is 5-years old. He loves baseball, playing outside with his siblings, and Lightning McQueen! He was born with a unilateral cleft lip and palate. He had 2 surgeries in his first year of life, and then after his 4th birthday started having trouble with his ears due to his cleft. He had ear surgery earlier this year. We are familiar with the Mia Moo Fund, because his younger sister was also born with a cleft. Silas is so excited to be a Mia Moo Kid, and we are so thankful for our Mia Moo family!”

Hey y'all!!
Our verse for this moment is Hebrews 11:1 which says, "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see."

This verse has been on my heart for the past few weeks and I wanted to share it with you guys! I hope this verse blesses you and gives you peace. After surgery, sometimes it is hard to see the "light at the end of the tunnel", or see how something good can come from something filled with so much pain. But the Lord gives us peace because we know that even though we can not see the good in something yet, He can and He is working and fighting for us! This is why our faith in Him is so important! I pray that if you are in a season where you cannot see the end in sight, that you know that God is surrounding you with his peace, and that you are never alone, literally! You have an army of cleft cuties there for you too!
Love you guys!
Mia :)
