June Reflection

Hey y’all! It’s Mia! This month I spent the majority of my time at Camp-Ch-Yo-Ca! That’s right, the same place where we have our annual Mia Moo FunDay! I got to be a camper and a counselor this month and I still have a whole other month left!

In 2020 I won an essay contest trip for the National Society of the Colonial Dames (NSCDA) but due to Covid, it was cancelled. This past week I finally got to go to Washington, D.C. on the trip. The week was filled with history, new friendships, and even Model Congress! I was truly blessed to be apart of this experience and I will never forget it!

Also, on July 8th I will be having my 14th and final surgery. While it is smaller surgery in comparison to others, I would greatly appreciate y’all’s prayers!
I love all of you guys and I hope you had a fantastic June like I have!

MEET LOGAN - RECIPIENT!

Logan is 17 and lives in Texas. He has a older and a younger sibling. Please keep Logan and his family in your prayers as he will be having an upcoming jaw surgery.

WHERE ARE THEY NOW?

Nick is a rambunctious, but softhearted little boy. He will be 8 years old in August and loves Spider-Man & the Razorbacks, playing his Nintendo Switch.
He wants to sign up for baseball soon.
If it wasn’t for Mia Moo helping with the cost of repairing his cleft palate, it would have put our family into debt. With two kids under three at that time, it would have been a huge detriment for us. We remain grateful to Mia Moo Fund for helping our little boy!
