Brandon had his surgery in Los Angeles in 1976 in Los Angeles when he was 3 months old. He had a partial cleft and only needed 1 surgery. Daxton, his son, born in Houston in August 2017 was born with a cleft lip and soft palate and had 2 surgeries so far. It is hard for people to understand exactly what a cleft kid goes through, this lucky boy has a dad as his cleft buddy.
