Dr. David Genecov

M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.A.P

David Genecov, M.D., F.A.C.S., F.A.A.P is the director of the International Craniofacial Institute and the Cleft Lip and Palate Treatment Center.  He is internationally recognized and specializes in craniomaxillofacial and cleft surgery for children and adults with congenital and acquired malformations.

With extensive training and experience in plastic surgery, he is particularly adept in restoring/achieving both function and aesthetics for his patients.  Dr. Genecov lectures throughout the nation and is widely published in both national and international literature, he has also authored and co-authored many medical book chapters and peer reviews journal manuscripts. Dr. Genecov is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery.

He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.  Dr. Genecov also holds memberships in the Cleft Palate - Craniofacial Association, the International Society of Craniofacial Surgeons, the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.  He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor for the Department of Biomedical Sciences – Baylor College of Dentistry, Texas A&M University.
